As an intensive treatment: 4 capsules a day for 1 month, then 2 capsules a day for 2 months.
As a preventative treatment: 2 capsules a day for 2 months. Repeat 2 to 3 times a year.

Lightly massage into bare nails for a deep hydration treatment, or into cuticles and manicured nails for daily nourishment.
