Exchanges are only possible in our Paris stores. Customers outside Paris can return unwanted items for a full refund, and then order the desired item. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We accept returns of products in their original condition (unopened or used). Please also ensure that the completed return form is enclosed.

You can return your products in one of our Paris stores.

For customers outside Paris, we accept the return of your products up to 15 days after they have been delivered. Returns are possible only for unused and unopened products inside their original packaging. Sadly we are cannot accept and refund incomplete, used or damaged products. Please include the return form and a copy of your invoice in your return package.
