How do I use my promo code? Can I combine several codes?

Once your basket is ready, at the delivery address step, you will see a field on the right-hand side where you can enter and apply your promo code.
Please note: only one discount code can be used per order.
How can I use my points and a promo code on the same order?

Unfortunately, our promo codes and your loyalty points cannot be combined!
I’ve confirmed my order but forgot to use a promo code – how can I add it afterwards?

Once the payment has been confirmed, unfortunately we cannot apply a promotion afterwards.
How can I claim my welcome gift?

When you create an account and become a Green Addict member, you’ll receive an email with an exclusive promo code.

This code allows you to add one of the following products to your basket for free:
- Corrector Pen
- Green Oil
- SOS Mask

👉 To claim your gift, simply:
1. Add one of these products to your basket
2. Reach a minimum spend of £29 (excluding the gift)
3. Enter your promo code at checkout

And that’s it! Your chosen product will be automatically added free of charge.
How can I receive my birthday gift / code?

Birthday gifts are reserved for members who have reached Colorful or Glittery status in our loyalty programme.

To qualify, you must enter your date of birth at least 30 days before your birthday.
Go to your Manucurist account under the ‘My Rewards’ section.
Find the ‘Birthday’ box, hover your cursor over it and you’ll be able to enter your date of birth.
Make sure to save it at least 30 days before your special day!

Depending on your status, a birthday gift code will be sent to you on your birthday, valid for one month from the date of receipt
I haven’t received any points even though I left a product review after my purchase – why?

There may be several reasons for this:
- Points are only awarded for orders placed after creating your account
- If you placed an order before creating your account, unfortunately points cannot be credited
- If you did create your account before ordering, your points will be credited once your order has been processed (shipped and not cancelled)
- Only reviews submitted via the invitation email are automatically rewarded.

If you left a spontaneous review, please contact our Customer Service team so that your points can be added manually
I haven’t received my welcome gift / welcome code – is this normal?

It’s possible that the email may have landed in your spam folder, so don’t forget to check your junk mail.

Please also note: the welcome code is not sent if you had already placed an order before signing up!
And the email is only sent once, even if you register several times.
My referral link isn’t working / my sponsor hasn’t received their REF code – what should I do?

It’s possible that the REF code hasn’t been generated if the referee has not yet confirmed their order, or if they placed their order without using the referral link or code.
In this case, unfortunately the sponsor will not be able to receive their code.
How do I use my WL-GLOWY code? I can’t seem to make it work.

For the WL-GLOWY code to work, please make sure to add the free product of your choice (Corrector Pen, Green Oil or SOS Mask) to your basket.
You also need to reach a minimum spend of £29, excluding the value of the free product.

Once these conditions are met, the code will apply automatically.
