First, apply the Complete Serum to bare nails, then lock in the hydration with a drop of Green Oil before massaging it in to help it penetrate. If you're taking a break from nail polish, wait until your Sunshine Top Coat is dry and then apply a drop of Green Oil to the base of each nail, massaging it into the skin to help it penetrate.
