How to use the Active™ Starter Gift Set?

Step 1 - Nail Prep
- Nail File: use the coarse-grit side (without the logo) to shorten your nails if needed. Use the fine-grit side (with the logo) to shape the nail, starting with the sides and finishing with the free edge.
- Cuticle Remover: apply a few drops around the nails and leave on for 2 minutes to soften the cuticles.
- Wooden Stick: gently push back the cuticles using the flat end, then clean underneath the nail using the pointed end.
- Prep File: using the fine-grit side (with the logo), gently buff the nail surface with upward strokes, working from the base towards the tip, to improve adhesion.

Step 2 - Active™
Apply your chosen Active™ directly to bare nails, with no Base Coat or Top Coat, then allow to air dry. Its make-up finish is buildable: apply one or two coats depending on your desired intensity.

Step 3 - Nail & Cuticle Oil
Apply one drop of oil to the nails and cuticles. Massage in to nourish, hydrate and enhance the nail contour.

How to remove your manicure?
Gently remove your polish using the acetone-free remover. Soak a cotton pad with remover, hold it on the nail for a few moments, then wipe away the polish. After removal, nails feel regenerated and the nail plate revitalized.

Can I use the polish in the Active™ range with Green™ or Green Flash™?

Our Active™ range is not compatible with Green Flash™! The products in our Active™ range should be used on their own and air-dry in just a few seconds, so don't require a lamp!

To enjoy the beneficial effects of our Active™ range, the product needs to be in direct contact with the nail. So there's no need to use it as a top coat. If you want to use a base coat that cares for your nails under your Green™ polish, use one of our treatment base coats.
Do I need a lamp to use the polish in the Active™ range?

The polish in the Active™ range air-dries without the use of a Green Flash™ lamp.
Can I use the polish in the Active™ range with a treatment base coat?

The products in the Active™ range should be applied to bare nails. You don't need to use a base coat, as each product in the range is also a treatment, so has to be in contact with your nails. You don't need a top coat either, as it already has a high-shine finish!
Can I layer Active™ products for an even greater "wow" effect, like makeup?

Yes! The Active™ range is endlessly buildable, so you can layer it to vary the effect and intensity.
How do I remove the polish in the Active™ range?

You can remove Active™ products in the same way as our polish - with a gentle nail polish remover, with our Nail Polish Remover or with Green Flash™ Nail Polish Remover.
How do I use a manicure kit at home for the best results?

For the best results, follow these steps:

  • -Prep your nails by shaping them with the Nail Priming Emery Board and filing in one direction to avoid splitting. Buff the nail surface lightly to remove any imperfections using the Nail buffer sponge.
  • -Create the effect by applying one or two coats of your chosen Active™ Care Polish for a glossy, smooth, or plump effect. Layer different shades for a personalized look.

- Moisturize your nails with a drop of Complete Serum every two days to keep your nails and cuticles deeply hydrated.
Is this manicure kit suitable for everyday use at home?

Yes, this manicure kit is perfect for daily use at home. It includes all the essential tools to care for your nails, from shaping and smoothing with the Emery Board to enhancing your nails' natural shine with the Active™ Care Polishes. The Complete Serum ensures that your nails and cuticles stay hydrated and nourished every day. Designed for simple application, it allows you to achieve salon-quality results with minimal effort, making it ideal for regular use.
How do I maintain and clean my manicure tools for long-lasting use?

To keep your manicure tools in top condition, clean them after each use with warm water and mild soap. For extra hygiene, sanitize the tools with rubbing alcohol. When it comes to the packaging, the glass bottle of the Complete Serum can be reused or recycled, while the plastic cap and nail brush should be cleaned and placed in recycling bins. Proper cleaning ensures the longevity of your manicure tools and promotes a hygienic experience with every use.
