I have only been at this three weeks, however, and I intend to continue. At the very least, it’s caused me to focus my attention on my nails more than ever before, and that’s probably a good thing. I do like the smoothness and ease of the polish, and I think it may be very healthy to leave it on only two or three days. In the past, I’ve sometimes left polish on until it came off on its own. S Nail Mask + Nourishing Nail pen for 2 weeks. I then followed up with a light buffing and 2 coats of the Active Smooth 01 nourishing polish. I couldn't be happier with results.
