Dissatisfied with product and response to complaint
"The colour was beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the product itself was disappointing. Firstly the texture was not what I would expect from a product in this price range, it was thin but quickly turned gloopy and hard to apply. The brush was blocky and not well shaped. The colour stained my nails despite using a base coat, and faded quickly. I complained via the website, adding photos and was told to send a video of the product as if I had not already provided enough information. It is a shame as I said, the colour was beautiful, but quality or product and customer service was below the standard I would expect in this price range."
