"Unfortunately I received a faulty Premium Lamp. Manucurist responded promptly and without hesitation sent out another Premium Lamp. With much disappointment the second lamp received was also faulty. But what I must highlight was the fantastic customer service. The tone of emails was friendly, helpful and overall refreshing. Manucurist couldn’t have done more to assist with this issue and a full refund was issued promptly."

"I brought £168. 00 worth of Manucurist products including July 2025. I love the colours and it’s been a lovely addition to my self care, but the premium lamp, the light flickers on once and then cuts out. That is really disappointing and a waste of money and time."
