How to use the Basic Routine – Slow-Growing Nails?

Apply to bare nails for 2 weeks:

1. Nail Boost - every day: Take 2 capsules per day, preferably in the morning before eating, with a glass of water.

Can I use this routine if I'm already wearing traditional gel polish?

This routine is designed to be used on bare nails. If you currently have gel polish or another nail enhancement on your nails, we recommend removing it before starting the routine.
