How to use the Basic Routine - Damaged Nails?

Apply to bare nails for 2 weeks:

  1. S.O.S. Base Coat - every 2 days: apply one coat to clean nails. Reapply every other day without removing the previous coat.
  2. S.O.S. Mask - once a week: at the end of each week, remove the S.O.S. Base Coat using the Oil Remover or Gentle Remover. Apply a thick layer of the mask and let it air dry. The next morning, peel it off or rinse away with soapy water.

"SUPER HEATHLY NAILS I have to say it took just a bit longer to see great results (but I stuck with it and applied the products as recommended for an additional 2 weeks. The before pic was taken 7/1 and the after pics were taken 7/30. They are moisturized from the products and no longer dried out and cracking. Even the skin around the nails looks healthier.
