How to use the Green Flash™ Starter Gift Set?

Step 1 - Nail Prep
- Nail File: use the coarse-grit side (without the logo) to shorten your nails if needed. Use the fine-grit side (with the logo) to shape the nail, starting with the sides and finishing with the free edge.
- Wooden Stick: gently push back the cuticles using the flat end, then clean underneath the nail using the pointed end.
- Prep File: using the fine-grit side (with the logo), gently buff the nail surface with upward strokes, working from the base towards the tip, to improve Base Coat adhesion.
- Gentle Remover: cleanse and degrease each nail to remove any residue and impurities.

Step 2 - Vitaminized Base Coat
Apply a thin layer of Vitaminized Base Coat to protect and strengthen the nails. Cure under the LED lamp (Base programme).

Step 3 - Colour
Apply a first thin layer of your favourite Green Flash™ shade. Cure under the LED lamp (Colour programme).
Repeat to achieve 2 thin coats of colour and an even finish.

Step 4 - Top Coat
- Green Flash™ Top Coat: apply a thin layer of your chosen Green Flash™ Top Coat. Cure under the LED lamp (Top Coat programme).
- Xtrem Flash™ Top Coat: apply a thin layer of Xtrem Flash™ Top Coat to 4 fingers held flat (excluding the thumb - to prevent the gel texture from running into the cuticles, which could cause the manicure to lift prematurely). Cure under the LED lamp (Top Coat programme). Repeat separately on the thumb, keeping it flat while curing.

Between each layer of colour and Top Coat, use the Wooden Stick to clean up any product that has gone onto the skin or cuticles before curing under the LED Lamp.

How to remove your gel polish manicure?
For removal, cut small pieces of cotton and fully soak them with Green Flash™ Gentle Remover. Secure them onto the nails using the Removal Clips for 1 minute with Green Flash™ Top Coat or 10 minutes with Xtrem Flash™ Top Coat. The polish will peel off on its own. Remove any remaining residue with the Wooden Stick.

I've never used gel polish before - is it tricky?

Anyone can apply Green Flash™, including complete beginners!

If you know how to use regular nail polish you can use Green Flash™: you apply the base coat, colour and top coat in exactly the same way. The only difference is that you cure your nails under the lamp!

If you know how to use gel polish, there are a few points to note. Applying Green Flash™ is more like applying regular nail polish: there's no need to remove oil first and the polish is not buildable like gel polish, so you need to get it right from the start.

We recommend that you treat it like regular nail polish that has to be dried under a lamp!

Is Green Flash™ compatible with other brands?

Unfortunately not, each formula is unique and made from different ingredients. Our Green Flash™ products should always be used with other Green Flash™ products to ensure the best results. You will need (at least):

One Green Flash™ base coat
One Green Flash™ colour
One Green Flash™ top coat
An LED lamp with an output of at least 24W

For effective removal, we highly recommend using Green Flash™ plant-based Nail Polish Remover and the accompanying nail clips.

Points to note:
Using a Green Flash™ colour with a base coat and top coat from another gel/regular nail polish brand will not work.
Using a Green Flash™ base coat with a colour and top coat from another gel/regular nail polish brand will not work. etc.

What is the difference between a traditional gel polish and Green Flash™?

The "peel-off" removal: it can be removed at home without acetone, rubbing or filing it off!

It dries instantly: using an LED lamp with an output of at least 24W at a frequency that is less harmful to nails than UV lamps!

Up to 84% plant-based ingredients that are also vegan and non-toxic (really)!

Lasts up to 12 days: according to a survey, our customers like having the option of removing their polish at home and changing their colour after 12 days, rather than letting their nails grow for a month and then returning to the salon!

Can using Green Flash™ cause allergies?

Green Flash™ meets European standards and does not contain any sensitising substances like the monomers and methyl acrylate found in many traditional gel polishes. Many customers have testified that they have been able to use our products safely, even if they were allergic to other types of gel polish. However, allergic reactions are not specifically related to chemical ingredients, so we cannot guarantee that you won't have a reaction to another ingredient, even a natural one. The Green™ range is a line of nail polish that dry in the open air without a lamp, offering shine and wear for up to 7 days.

The Green Flash™ range is a LED gel polish line that hardens under a lamp, for long-lasting wear up to 10 days and express removal in 1 minute without acetone.

Do I need a lamp?

No, the Green™ range products dry without a lamp, in the open air.

I already have a Green Flash™ starter kit. Can the ranges be mixed?

No, the ranges cannot be used together. However, all the colours from the Green Flash™ range are available in the Green™ range if you want to find your favourite shade!

Is Green™ compatible with another brand?

Yes, Green™ products are compatible with other brands of classic nail polish. However, without using the complete system, the 7-day wear cannot be guaranteed.

Are your products natural?

Our ranges are green and clean, made of up to 83% plant-based ingredients, without endocrine disruptors, monomers, or hydroquinone.

"The Kit came in nice package. My old vegan manicure made in salon came off pretty good with the remover just doubled the soaking time. The base and the top polishes were easy to apply. The color was a bit thick or dry which made it hard to apply. The top coat hide all the faux though. Loved the led lamp with timer and the coats dried well with it. I was worried about durability of the manicure due to it’s bad reviews. I had xtrem Flash led gel top coat. And my first manicure lasted good around 10 days which is pretty good for vegan and 9 free nail polish. Over all I was really pleased with the kit."

"Super pratique, kit rentabilisé en à peine plus d’1 mois, Je ne reviendrais pas en arrière. Mes ongles peuvent pousser sans se casser grâce au semi permanent. Ça tiens bien 2 sem 1/2 si c’est bien posé (laisser 1mm entre les bords de l’ongle et la peau). Je me lasse vite donc je change plus souvent, et n’ayant pas encore trop la main la pose n’est pas encore top. Je mettrais un unique bémol c’est la quantité du dissolvant que je trouve très faible, d’autant plus qu’il n’y a pas d’embout spécial pour limiter l’utilisation … un flacon pompe serait vraiment apprécié. Mais ce kit et le choix de couleur et vraiment sympa et il y a tout pour bien commencer !"

"Habitué des vernis semi permanent, la pose de celui ci n'étais pas une découverte. Le vernis en soit est beau mais très épais, en mettre une couche fine est quasi impossible car ça fait des pâtés, et une couche trop épaisse fait des cloques au séchage. . . Un poil déçu tout de même au vu du prix. . ."

"I bought the starter kit to use at home. Delivery to Romania was fast. The kit came very well packaged, so there was nothing to complain about, all the products arrived intact and presented very nicely. I am very pleased with these products, my manicure lasts between 14 and 18 days, depending on how much I expose my hands to water and cleaning products and how well I apply the nail polish and top coat, so that the edges around the cuticle are well sealed. The finish is shiny and looks like a salon manicure. But what excites me the most is the fact that the nail polish is removed with the solvent and cleans the nails very well. Therefore, my nails do not suffer, are not filed or thinned even after removing the nail polish. The removing pen is great as well, helping to clean the cuticule around the nail, even after drying the nail polish with the lamp. I love it!"

Sehr cooles Set

"Ich hab’s ausprobiert und ich muss sagen, bis dato das beste Set was ich je ausprobiert habe. Von anderen Marken mit ähnlichem System fand ich das bis jetzt am Besten. Das einzige was wirklich schwierig ist ist der Top Coat. Der ist sooo flüssig, dass man wirklich auf die Ränder aufpassen muss und oft korriegieren muss. Aber alles in allem ist es wirklich TOP. Ein bisschen Übung und ich empfehle als Anfänger eine Nudefarbe - hier Pale Rose, dass man nicht gleich die ersten Fehler so sieht."

"I am very happy with the starter kit. Colour hortencia is my absolute favourite, it really lasts over 7 days considering i do sometimes light house work, work out and office job. I always use gloves when i use chemicals and i am very happy with the polish. Black one goes off more faster, i am not sure why."
